It’s clear that Harvey is very knowledgeable not just about exercises and programming but about correct movement patterns and how the body should move. He provided great coaching to help me self-evaluate my technique so that I can realise if I’m performing an exercise correctly based purely on how it feels, without him providing any feedback.
